- Checkout with your event details.
- Digitally sign the rental agreement.
- Pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- Credit Card (2.5% convenience fee applies)
- E-Transfer (no fee)
- Cheque (corporate clients only — contact us first)
Large Public & Corporate Events (Important)
Schools, municipalities, festivals, ticketed events, and corporate events may require licensed/staffed planning.
If your event requires TSSA-licensed inflatables (public operations) or structured logistics, please contact us before booking online.

How to Place an Online Self-Checkout Reservation

Browse our rentals
Select from inflatables, obstacle courses, water slides, interactive games, tents, and more. -
Check availability & select your date
Open the item, enter your event date and location, or use Order By Date. -
Add to cart & proceed to checkout
Add one or more items, then click Checkout. -
Enter your event & contact details
Provide name, phone, email, and event address. Choose Delivery or Self-Pickup (eligible items only).Note: Self-pickup is available for select items only. -
Review, sign & pay
Review your order. Click Pay Now and your rental agreement will open. Digitally sign and save — you’ll be taken to the payment screen.Accepted payment methods:- Credit Card (2.5% convenience fee applies)
- E-Transfer (no convenience fee)
- Cheque (corporate clients only — contact us first)

Receive confirmation & instructions
You’ll receive a confirmation email with order details. Delivery customers: we confirm time and setup details 2–3 business days prior to your event date. -
Enjoy your event 🎉
Delivery: our team delivers, sets up, and secures equipment before leaving. Self-pickup: arrive at the scheduled pickup time.
How to Activate a Quote (Email or Text)

Review your quote
Confirm the event date, items, pricing, and any discounts. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. -
Sign the digital rental agreement
Click “Complete Your Order”, scroll to the bottom, sign, then click Save. You’ll be taken to the payment screen next. -
Pay the required deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.Payment options:- Credit Card (2.5% convenience fee applies)

Confirmation
Once signed and paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email/receipt and an updated balance.
Credit Card Payments (PayPal – Important)
We use PayPal as our secure payment provider, but you do not need a PayPal account to complete your transaction.
- On the PayPal screen, select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”
- Choose “Pay as a Guest” and enter your payment details
- Your payment will be processed securely without needing to sign in or create a PayPal account
If PayPal asks for your date of birth, PayPal is attempting to create a new account for you.
There will be a switch or option to toggle this OFF. Once toggled off, you can continue and complete your payment as a guest without creating a PayPal account.

NOTICE: If it asks you for your Date of Birth. There is a switch to Toggle Off. PAYPAL tries to get you create a new Pay Pal Account. However if you just toggle that switch off. You can just complete your gues checkout.
