To confirm availability and recommend the right equipment, we require complete event details including date, venue location, event type, estimated attendance, setup surface, power access, and your target budget range. We prioritize qualified events that meet safety, staffing, and venue requirements.
Before Submitting Your Public Event Application
To review your event properly, please be ready to provide the following information in the application form:
  • Event date and exact venue location
  • Type of event (school fair, festival, municipal event, corporate event, etc.)
  • Estimated attendance or crowd size
  • Surface where inflatables will be installed (grass, pavement, turf, etc.)
  • Power access at the setup location
  • Equipment you are interested in or general setup goals
  • Your approximate budget range

The checklist above outlines common documentation requested for TSSA-regulated inflatable rides at public events in Ontario. If you are booking a bounce house, combo unit, slide, or obstacle course for a school, festival, or municipal venue, we can provide the applicable compliance documentation once an order is confirmed and required permits are available.
